After 3 amazing years leading the Lodge from the Chair, R.W. Bro. Barry Ross P.Prov.G.M. (Suffolk) stood down and W. Bro. Stratton Richey was installed in his stead. In true RCIL form, the meeting was relaxed with plenty of laughs – and afterwards the 40 or so brethren headed to the National Liberal Club for a glass of fizz and an excellent meal.
